Flux: SaaS Pricing Intelligence
AI agents detect revenue leakage, recommend updated pricing, and identify upgrade-candidates
Problem statement
Usage-based SaaS quietly leaks revenue: pricing is set once at launch and rarely re-fit to how customers actually consume. Flux reads a company's usage data, finds where the money leaks, and recommends a pricing model, with both the product and the value-creation case. The pattern is industry-agnostic; the demo runs on a synthetic dataset.
Run Demo is an analysis of the default sample dataset.
Run Demo (Alternate Dataset) is an analysis of a randomly selected sample dataset from previously seeded synthetic data.
Sample dataset & assumptions
Data: multiple synthetic B2B data-sets reflecting different SaaS usage patterns, 3,000 accounts each over 12 months (with a seasonal peak +30% and trough 20% below average)
Per account: API calls, data exports (GB), seats, reports
Plans (API calls/mo): Starter 1k / $29 · Growth 10k / $99 · Business 100k / $299
AI cost-to-serve: ~50% of calls are AI inferences at ~$12 / 1,000, so blended ~$6 / 1,000
Plan-limit proximity is measured on API calls.
